Formworker - Sheduva, Lithuania


We are hiring a skilled Formworker to join our team in Sheduva, Lithuania. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for creating and installing molds or forms used to hold concrete in place during construction projects. Your main duties will include reading blueprints, measuring and cutting materials, and assembling and securing forms. You will also be required to pour and finish concrete according to specifications.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience as a Formworker or in a similar construction role. You must possess strong mathematical skills and be able to read and interpret blueprints accurately. The ability to work with various hand and power tools is also essential.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine form specifications
- Measure and cut materials according to specifications
- Assemble and secure forms using various hand and power tools
- Pour concrete into forms according to specifications
- Smooth out concrete surfaces using trowels or other finishing tools
- Remove forms after the concrete has dried
- Repair or modify existing forms as needed
- Adhere to all safety regulations on job sites
- Collaborate with other construction workers on projects

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training in carpentry or related field preferred
- Previous experience as a Formworker or in a similar construction role preferred
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurements and calculations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Proficiency with hand and power tools used in carpentry work
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting heavy materials, etc.
- Attention to detail for precise form assembly
- Ability to work in a team environment

Salary:
Starting salary of $1400 per month.
