We are hiring an experienced Turner to join our metal fabrication company in Sheduva, Lithuania. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines to shape and cut metal parts according to specifications. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in the field and who enjoys working with their hands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various machines such as lathes, milling machines, grinders, and drill presses to shape and cut metal parts
- Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the correct dimensions for each part
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality control
- Maintain machines by performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting issues when needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure production goals are met on time

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Turner or similar role in the metal fabrication industry
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
- Strong attention to detail and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Knowledge of different types of metals and their properties
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if necessary
