Senior Architect - Design and Construction Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Sheduva. As a Design and Construction Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire architectural process from concept development to project completion. Your main duties will include creating and presenting design proposals, managing project budgets and timelines, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience as an Architect and possess a strong understanding of design principles, construction methodologies, and project management. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture is required along with proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.

As a Senior Architect, you must have exceptional communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members. You should also have a keen eye for detail to ensure the accuracy and quality of all architectural plans and drawings. Strong leadership abilities are essential as you will be responsible for leading a team of architects and designers.
