Senior Architect

We are searching for a skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Sheduva. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading architectural projects from conception to completion, managing project teams and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality designs. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural projects from initial concept through design development, construction documentation, and construction administration
- Manage project teams and delegate tasks effectively
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions
- Develop detailed drawings, models, and presentations to communicate design ideas
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning regulations, and other legal requirements
- Conduct site visits and meetings with contractors to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Oversee budgeting and scheduling for projects
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an architect
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with team members

Salary: $1100 per month
