A construction company in Utena is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate is an Egyptian national with excellent English speaking skills and a minimum of 5 years experience in construction management. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to project completion. You must have a valid biometric passport and be willing to relocate to Utena for the duration of the project.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Monitor progress and provide regular reports to upper management
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Maintain quality control standards throughout the project
- Manage project budget and expenses

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Strong knowledge of building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical documents
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
- Biometric passport valid for at least 6 months from start date
