Commercial Architect - Design and Plan High-End Commercial Spaces

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning high-end commercial spaces in Washington. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and then use your expertise to create functional, visually appealing and sustainable designs. Your role will involve collaborating with other architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget. Additionally, you will also be responsible for ensuring that the design complies with building codes and regulations.

To excel in this position, you must have a degree in Architecture or a related field along with at least 3 years of experience in commercial architecture. You should have excellent design skills, strong knowledge of building materials and construction techniques as well as proficiency in using computer-aided design (CAD) software. Your attention to detail and ability to work under pressure while managing multiple projects will be crucial in this role.

As an Indian national working in Washington, you must have a valid biometric passport and be able to communicate effectively in English. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $1300 per month along with accommodation.
