Restaurant Manager
As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our Indian restaurant in Shan. You will be responsible for managing a team of kitchen and service staff, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and the highest quality of food.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and supervise kitchen and service staff
- Create and maintain employee schedules
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Oversee food preparation and ensure quality standards are met
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment
- Work with the chef to develop menu items and specials
- Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting and cost control measures
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine establishment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate employees
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
- Ability to handle customer complaints effectively
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine preferred
- Must be willing to relocate to Shan if not currently residing there
- Must have valid work visa or be able to obtain one
Salary: 1300$ per month
