Formworker

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Formworker to join our team in Eschen. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling concrete structures, as well as ensuring their stability and durability. You will work closely with other construction team members to complete projects efficiently and according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Set up formwork for concrete structures using various materials such as wood, steel, and plastic
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout and dimensions of formwork
- Measure, cut, and shape materials to fit specific construction requirements
- Install reinforcing bars or mesh within formwork to strengthen concrete structures
- Pour, level, and smooth concrete into formwork using specialized tools
- Monitor the curing process of concrete to ensure proper strength is achieved
- Remove formwork once concrete has set and clean up work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Formworker in the construction industry
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
- Strong understanding of construction materials and techniques
- Knowledge of safety precautions when working with concrete structures
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Valid work permit for Eschen (visa sponsorship may be provided for the right candidate)

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1100 per month. Additional pay may be offered based on experience and performance.
