Administrative Assistant
We are in need of an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Braga. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating administrative duties, such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records. This position requires a high level of confidentiality and professionalism, as you will be dealing with sensitive information.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Maintaining physical and electronic records
- Assisting with data entry and document preparation
- Managing office supplies inventory
- Providing support to other team members as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
