Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods according to recipes and quality standards.
- Decorate and present baked goods in an attractive manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure ingredients are stocked.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and improve existing ones.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and taking orders from customers.
