Architecture Manager
We are seeking an experienced Architecture Manager to lead our team in designing and overseeing construction projects in Greenland. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of architecture projects, from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for sustainable design.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for various architecture projects, including creating conceptual designs, developing detailed plans, and overseeing construction.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions that meet their goals.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans.
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design concepts and project management techniques.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in architecture design.
- Ensure all projects adhere to building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture design and project management.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles is preferred.
- Ability to travel occasionally for site visits.

Salary: $1600 per month
Location: Greenland (accommodation provided)
Employment Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)
