Indian Pastry Chef in Medina
We are looking for an experienced Indian Pastry Chef to join our team in Medina. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing various desserts, pastries, and baked goods. Your role will also involve managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Pastry Chef
- Knowledge of Indian pastry techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail and creativity
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods following traditional Indian recipes
- Maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies needed for pastry production
- Order necessary supplies to ensure the smooth operation of the pastry department
- Ensure that all food is prepared according to food safety standards and guidelines
- Keep track of production costs and maintain budget
- Train junior kitchen staff on proper pastry techniques
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to create new menu items
