Restaurant Manager
As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Manama. Your main duties will include managing the staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. This is a contract job with a salary of 1200$ per month. We welcome freshers to apply as no experience is required for this position. Visa sponsorship can also be provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the restaurant
- Train and supervise staff to ensure they provide excellent customer service
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to staff
- Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Maintain high levels of food quality and presentation
- Oversee the cleanliness of the restaurant, including dining area, kitchen, and restrooms

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role is preferred but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle customer complaints professionally
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
