We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our busy dining establishment in Muharraq. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of management experience in the food and beverage industry, with a strong focus on customer service and team leadership. A biometric passport is required for this position.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of daily operations, including but not limited to managing staff, maintaining inventory levels, ensuring quality standards are met, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. You will also work closely with the kitchen team to develop and implement new menu items and specials.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively manage a diverse team. You must also have a strong understanding of budgeting and financial management, as well as experience in creating staff schedules and managing labor costs.
