Restaurant Manager: Muharraq, Bahrain


A renowned restaurant in Muharraq, Bahrain is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high standards of food quality and service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all areas of the restaurant including front-of-house, kitchen, and administrative tasks
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant
- Train and supervise staff to maintain high levels of customer service and promote teamwork
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and control costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Create schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the restaurant industry
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Must have a valid work permit or residency visa for Bahrain

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month based on experience.
