Construction Project Manager
We are in need of a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing team in Gujrat. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our construction projects from start to finish. This includes planning, budgeting, scheduling, and supervision of the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to safety regulations
- Oversee contractors, subcontractors, and other construction workers
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the construction process
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes/regulations
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

This position is open to all genders. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Must have a valid visa allowing them to work in Gujrat.

Salary:
The salary for this role is competitive at 1200$ per month.
