Construction Manager


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Gujrat. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$, and we also offer visa sponsorship for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, and ensure timely completion within budget
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
- Review and approve project designs, materials, and methods to ensure quality standards are maintained
- Monitor progress of construction projects and address any delays or issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all workers
- Manage project budgets, expenses, and costs; provide regular updates to senior management
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being done according to plans and specifications
- Prepare progress reports for clients or stakeholders as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or related field
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
- Proficient in project management software

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on construction projects in Gujrat
- PMP certification or equivalent
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
