Job Title: Floral Designer


We are seeking a skilled and creative Floral Designer to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions including weddings, parties, and corporate events. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and provide unique and personalized floral designs that exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
- Create unique and personalized floral designs for weddings, parties, and other events
- Source and select high-quality flowers from suppliers
- Prepare flowers by cleaning, trimming, arranging, and packaging them for display
- Set up floral decorations at event venues according to client specifications
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing any concerns or requests promptly
- Keep track of inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and greenery
- Creative eye for design with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 25 lbs)
- Biometric passport or valid work permit in Portugal

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month based on experience.
