As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service to clients. You will also be responsible for maintaining the inventory of flowers and supplies, as well as keeping the shop clean and organized. Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a florist
- Strong knowledge of different types of flowers and their care
- Creative mindset with an eye for design
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good time management skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
- Fluent in Portuguese (English proficiency is a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Create beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, birthdays, funerals, etc.
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening to clients' needs and preferences
- Maintain the inventory of flowers and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality at all times
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Process payments accurately using the cash register or other payment methods
- Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm ideas for new designs or promotions
- Stay up-to-date with current trends in floral design
