Job Title: Executive Chef


As an Executive Chef at our upscale restaurant in Abu Dhabi, you will be responsible for overseeing all kitchen operations and creating innovative menus that reflect our brand's vision. Your main goal will be to deliver exceptional culinary experiences to our guests while maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative menu offerings that cater to different dietary preferences and cultural tastes
- Source high-quality ingredients from local suppliers and maintain a budget for food costs
- Train, manage, and mentor kitchen staff to ensure consistency in food preparation and presentation
- Oversee inventory management and ensure efficient use of resources to minimize waste
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations in the kitchen
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and events to create special menus for promotions or events
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and new ingredients to continually elevate the dining experience at our restaurant

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant setting
- Degree or certification in culinary arts is preferred
- Strong knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and flavor profiles
- Ability to create unique dishes that are visually appealing and taste delicious
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations in relation to food handling
and storage
Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on qualifications)
Location: Abu Dhabi (open for Africans or Egyptians)
Language Requirement: Fluent English (Arabic is a plus)
