Power Engineer



Our company is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Power Engineer to join our team in Nairobi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical power systems for various projects. They should have a strong understanding of power engineering principles and be able to apply them to real-world situations.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain electrical power systems
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for new power projects
- Perform load flow analysis, short circuit analysis, and other related studies
- Develop technical specifications for equipment and systems
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with existing power systems
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient integration of power systems into overall projects
- Provide technical support to project teams as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Power Engineer or similar role
- Strong understanding of power engineering principles, including load flow, short circuit analysis, etc.
- Familiarity with relevant software programs such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or SKM
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Good communication skills

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

Location:
