Entry Level Computer Support Specialist


We are a growing IT company based in Jerusalem, seeking an Entry Level Computer Support Specialist to join our team. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for technology and excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems, software, and peripherals
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues reported by clients via phone, email or in person
- Document all support requests and resolutions in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems and networking concepts
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Jerusalem (candidates willing to relocate will also be considered)

Preference: Indian nationality

Language requirement: Fluent in English (Hebrew proficiency is a plus)

Experience: No prior experience required, training will be provided

Accommodation: Not provided by the company

Visa sponsorship: Candidates must have their own visa allowing them to work in Israel.
