Architectural Designer (Part-time)


We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team on a part-time basis in Herzliya, Egypt. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and planning various architectural projects, ranging from residential homes to commercial buildings. Your main role will be to develop detailed plans and drawings, as well as collaborating with other team members and clients to ensure that design projects meet their needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using CAD software
- Contribute to the conceptualization and development of design ideas
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Research building codes, regulations, and materials to ensure compliance with legal standards
- Prepare presentations for clients showcasing design concepts and proposals
- Work within project budgets and timelines while maintaining quality standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp or similar)
- Excellent design skills with a keen eye for detail
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, materials, and construction methods
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (preferred)
- Must be based in Herzliya or willing to relocate

This is a part-time position with flexible working hours. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
