Loader Supervisor (Nakuru, Kenya)


We are currently seeking a Loader Supervisor to oversee our loading team in Nakuru, Kenya. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team and operating heavy machinery, as well as strong communication and organizational skills. This is a part-time position, suitable for candidates with their own visa and accommodation in Nakuru. Women are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the loading team
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of heavy machinery, including loaders
- Train new employees on proper loading procedures and equipment usage
- Maintain inventory of loaded materials and ensure accuracy of records
- Communicate with clients to determine their loading needs and address any concerns or issues
- Enforce safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
- Monitor equipment maintenance and report any issues or malfunctions

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the construction or logistics industry
- Proficient in operating heavy machinery, specifically loaders
- Strong communication skills to effectively lead and train a team
- Organizational skills to manage inventory and record keeping accurately
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects regularly

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month.
