Requirements:
- Must have experience as a Turner
- Familiarity with operating machinery and tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy materials
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Nepali national preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine specifications
- Measure and mark materials for cutting or shaping using precision instruments
- Use hand tools or machines to cut, shape, drill, or grind metal parts
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment or materials as needed
