We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Faisalabad. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet targets
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Collaborate with marketing department to create effective promotional campaigns

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field (MBA preferred)
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and trends
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
