Experienced Barista


We are a well-established coffee shop in the bustling city of Faro, seeking an experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional coffee experiences for our customers. Your passion for coffee and dedication to customer service will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks, teas, and other beverages
- Ensure consistency in taste and presentation of all drinks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting, taking orders, and handling payments
- Educate customers about different coffee blends, brewing methods, and specialty drinks
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Barista in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in latte art is preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of different coffee beans, roasts, and brewing methods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Must have own visa or be eligible to work in Faro

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.
