We are a bustling cafe in the heart of Faro, Portugal and we are seeking an experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages to our customers. We value exceptional customer service and attention to detail, so we are looking for someone who is friendly, attentive, and takes pride in their work.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks according to customer preferences
- Ensure consistent quality of products by following proper recipes and techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the cafe
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering any questions they may have
- Restock supplies as needed and maintain inventory levels
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of coffee-making techniques and latte art skills
- Familiarity with different types of coffee beans and roasting methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent education

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month for this full-time position.

Our cafe is located in the beautiful city of Faro, Portugal. The city is known for its stunning beaches, historic architecture, and vibrant culture.
