Land surveyor vacancy in Hawalli Kuwait

Land Surveyor

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Hawalli. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting precise measurements and gathering data to determine property boundaries, establish land maps, and prepare construction sites. This is a contract position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Use specialized equipment such as GPS receivers, electronic distance-measuring tools, 3D scanners, and drones to collect accurate measurements of land features
- Analyze data and create detailed maps, charts, and reports using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Research land records, survey records, and other legal documents to verify property lines and determine ownership
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy of surveying data for construction projects
- Provide guidance to field crew members and oversee their work on site
- Maintain proper documentation of surveying activities and adhere to all safety protocols

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in land surveying
- Knowledge of surveying techniques, principles, instruments, and equipment
- Proficiency in CAD software for map creation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various weather conditions

Preference:
We welcome applications from Pakistani or Kenyan nationals who are fluent in English. Fresh graduates with no experience are also encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
