We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Las Vegas, USA. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our company. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their targets
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive activities
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient delivery of products or services to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office applications
- Willingness to travel as needed
