We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Akron. As an Egyptian candidate, you will have the opportunity to work in a diverse and dynamic environment, while utilizing your expertise in network and systems administration.

As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, networks, servers, and virtualization environments. You will also be in charge of troubleshooting any issues that arise with these systems, as well as implementing security measures to ensure data protection.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain networking equipment such as routers, switches, and firewalls
- Configure networks to ensure smooth communication between all devices
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Manage server infrastructure including setup, maintenance, backups, and disaster recovery
- Implement security measures such as firewalls and encryption protocols to protect sensitive data
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in the network and systems administration field

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in network and systems administration
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Proficiency with Windows Server operating systems
- Knowledge of security best practices
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. Please note that this position does not require English language proficiency. Accommodation will not be provided by the company.
