We are hiring a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine land boundaries, topography, and other features. You will also be required to interpret survey data, prepare reports, and create maps using specialized software.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to identify land boundaries, topography, and other features
- Use specialized equipment such as GPS devices and total stations to gather accurate data
- Analyze survey data and create detailed reports
- Create maps using specialized software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction managers on projects
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Manage surveying equipment and ensure proper maintenance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- 2+ years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using specialized surveying equipment such as total stations and GPS devices
- Experience with CAD software for creating maps and reports
- Strong mathematical skills for analyzing data and measurements
- Excellent communication skills for working with clients and team members
