Job Title: Architectural Technologist - Vianden, Luxembourg



As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for supporting the design and construction of buildings and structures. Your role will involve working closely with architects and other building professionals to develop detailed technical drawings and specifications for construction projects. You will also be involved in researching building materials and methods, as well as monitoring construction progress to ensure compliance with design plans.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects to produce detailed technical drawings and specifications for construction projects
- Research building materials and methods to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards
- Use software such as AutoCAD and Revit to create 2D/3D models, renderings, and presentations
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for building materials, labor, and other project expenses
- Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to design plans and specifications
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders including architects, contractors, clients, and regulatory agencies
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in architectural technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Technology or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or a similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in technical drawings and specifications

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of $1400 per month. Additional benefits may include health insurance coverage.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with regular working hours from Monday to Friday. Some flexibility may be required during peak project periods.
