Architectural Technologist

We are a fast-growing architectural firm based in Vianden, and we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Architectural Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, with experience in drafting and design. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from residential to commercial, and collaborate with a dynamic team of architects and designers.

As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and plans using CAD software, as well as conducting site visits and communicating with clients. You must have excellent technical skills and be able to interpret architectural plans accurately. Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines is crucial in this role.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Biometric passport or eligibility to obtain one

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed drawings and plans using CAD software
- Conduct site visits to gather information for designs
- Collaborate with architects and designers on project development
- Communicate with clients regarding project specifications
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality work
