Plastering and Finishing Specialist


We are currently seeking a skilled Plastering and Finishing Specialist to join our team in Ashdod. As a Plastering and Finishing Specialist, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other materials to interior and exterior walls, creating smooth and even surfaces. Additionally, you will be responsible for finishing surfaces by applying paint, wallpaper, or other decorative materials.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning them, filling holes and cracks, and ensuring there are no obstacles that may affect the plastering process
- Mix plaster ingredients in the right proportions to create a smooth consistency
- Apply plaster to walls using hand tools or mechanical tools
- Create decorative finishes by applying textured or patterned designs
- Smooth out imperfections using trowels or sanders
- Apply finishing materials such as paint, wallpaper, or stucco to achieve desired look
- Repair damaged plaster on existing walls
- Follow safety guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Familiarity with various types of plaster materials and their application techniques
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina and strength for handling heavy materials and equipment
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Vocational training in plastering is preferred.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month.

Location:
This role is based in Ashdod. Candidates must have legal authorization to work in Israel.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is required for this position.
