Crane Operator (Nepali Speaking)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Mombasa, Kenya. As a Nepali speaking operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining cranes on our job sites. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes, including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others
- Inspect and maintain equipment before and after use
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Lift and move heavy materials according to project needs
- Keep accurate records of crane usage and maintenance activities

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a crane operator
- Valid crane operator certification
- Fluent in Nepali language with basic English communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Own valid visa or ability to obtain one for work in Kenya
