Sales Manager - Multan, Pakistan
We are seeking a driven and ambitious Sales Manager to join our growing team in Multan. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales activities and performance of our company. Your main goal will be to increase revenue and achieve sales targets by developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and provide feedback to product development teams
- Train and motivate the sales team to ensure they meet their targets and contribute to the overall success of the company
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to recommend necessary changes in sales strategies
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities for management review
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-oriented approach
- In-depth knowledge of market research techniques, data analysis, and performance metrics
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM software is a plus
