Mason / Construction Worker
We are hiring a skilled and hardworking Mason/Construction Worker to join our team in Lusail. As a Mason, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining structures made of brick, stone, and other materials. Your main duties will include mixing and applying mortar, laying bricks or stones according to blueprints or plans, and ensuring the structural integrity of the building.

To excel in this role, you should have strong knowledge of construction techniques and safety procedures. You should also possess physical stamina and be able to work in various weather conditions. Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination are essential for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints or plans to determine materials needed
- Mix mortar according to specified ratios
- Lay bricks or stones in a neat and organized manner
- Cut or shape bricks or stones as needed
- Ensure structures are level and plumb using levels, plumb bobs, or string lines
- Repair any damaged structures using appropriate techniques
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mason or Construction Worker preferred but not required
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to read blueprints or plans is a plus but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours from 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday.
