Indian Sales Manager - Jizan, Saudi Arabia
We are hiring a dynamic and driven Indian Sales Manager to join our team in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and developing strategies to increase revenue in the region. This role is perfect for an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide training and support as needed
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our products/services
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure optimal performance
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales, preferably in the same industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the region
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
