Computer Support Specialist


As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting services to clients in the city of Kaunas. Your main duty will be to assist customers with any hardware or software issues they encounter with their computers. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms. Additionally, you should have strong problem-solving abilities and be able to work well under pressure.

Your key responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, diagnosing computer problems, and providing appropriate solutions. You will also be responsible for installing and configuring software and hardware, as well as maintaining client computer systems and networks. It will be important for you to stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and advancements in order to better assist customers.

To excel in this role, you should have a degree in Computer Science or a related field and at least 2 years of experience working as a computer support specialist or a similar position. Knowledge of various operating systems, such as Windows and Mac OS, is also essential. Experience with networking and troubleshooting network issues is a plus.

This position offers a salary of 1300$ per month with the opportunity for growth within the company.
