We are a leading online consulting firm based in Kaunas, Lithuania and we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Online Consultant to join our team. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality and personalized consulting services to our clients through various online platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting virtual consultations with clients via email, chat, or video calls
- Providing expert advice and guidance on various topics related to our services
- Understanding and analyzing client needs and offering tailored solutions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills
- Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to provide the most relevant advice to clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, marketing, communications)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a consulting or customer service environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Tech-savvy with experience using various online communication tools

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1500 per month, with potential for growth based on performance.

Location:
This is a full-time position based in Kaunas, Lithuania. Remote work options may be available.
