We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Atlanta. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. You will oversee a team of IT professionals and ensure the smooth operation of our systems to support our business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies to align with company goals
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of all IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and servers
- Manage IT staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
- Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place and regularly tested
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Keep up-to-date with new technology trends and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades
- Provide technical support to employees across the organization

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of information technology systems, infrastructure, and security
- Experience managing a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to prioritize tasks effectively

Preferred:
- Previous experience working in a multinational company
- Familiarity with cloud computing technologies

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month along with free visa sponsorship and flight ticket.
