IT Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled IT Manager to oversee our company's technological infrastructure and systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology and proven experience managing a team of IT professionals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the company's goals
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of all hardware and software systems
- Ensure that all systems are secure, reliable, and efficient
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in the industry
- Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and implement solutions
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Create and maintain documentation related to IT processes, procedures, and protocols

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, database management, security protocols, and cloud computing
- Excellent leadership skills with proven experience managing a team
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience developing IT budgets and managing expenses
- Understanding of project management principles
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Location: Atlanta (remote work may be considered)
Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
