IT Manager

As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the information technology systems and operations of our company in Atlanta. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that our technology infrastructure meets the needs of the business and supports our growth objectives. This position requires strong leadership and technical skills, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to support business goals
- Manage and maintain all technology systems including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications
- Monitor system performance and security, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to recommend new technologies or improvements to current systems
- Ensure data backups are performed regularly and disaster recovery plans are in place
- Oversee IT budget and make strategic recommendations for investments in technology
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols, operating systems, databases, and security protocols
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Salary: $1200 per month

Location: Atlanta (Preference for Indian candidates)
