Biometric Passport Facade Designer/Engineer


As a Biometric Passport Facade Designer/Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and engineering the facade of biometric passport buildings in Khanpur. Your main goal will be to ensure the functionality, safety, and aesthetic appeal of the building's exterior. You will work closely with architects, construction teams, and clients to develop innovative and sustainable designs that meet all technical requirements and satisfy budget constraints.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site surveys and analysis to determine feasibility of proposed designs
- Create detailed 2D and 3D models of facade designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects and other professionals to integrate facade design with overall building design
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Select appropriate materials for the facade based on durability, cost, and aesthetic considerations
- Prepare technical specifications for materials and construction methods
- Oversee the installation of facades during construction phase to ensure quality standards are met
- Regularly inspect completed facades to identify any defects or maintenance needs
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in facade technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in facade design/engineering
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, safety standards
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Attention to detail

Preferred:
- Professional licensure/certification
- Previous experience working on biometric passport buildings
