Back-End Developer


We are seeking a skilled Back-End Developer to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the server-side of our web applications. Your primary focus will be ensuring high performance and responsiveness of the applications, while also collaborating with Front-End Developers to integrate user-facing elements. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain server-side code for web applications
- Collaborate with Front-End Developers to integrate user-facing elements
- Ensure high performance and responsiveness of the applications
- Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise in production environments
- Optimize code for maximum speed and scalability
- Implement security and data protection measures
- Write clean, reusable, and efficient code
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in back-end development

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role
- In-depth understanding of server-side languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby on Rails
- Experience working with databases such as MySQL or MongoDB
- Familiarity with front-end languages (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Knowledge of web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design principles
- Understanding of security principles and how to implement them in code
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience working on large-scale projects
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies
- Familiarity with DevOps practices
