We are in search of a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team at our bustling café in Sheduva. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting delicious and visually appealing beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages according to customer preferences and company recipes
- Maintain knowledge of all menu items and ingredients to provide recommendations and answer any customer inquiries
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently while utilizing the point-of-sale system
- Ensure the café is always well-stocked with supplies, including coffee beans, milk, syrups, and pastries
- Keep the café clean and organized at all times, including wiping down counters, tables, and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers with a friendly attitude, taking orders promptly, and addressing any concerns or complaints
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure food handling procedures are followed at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree or certificate in hospitality or related field is an asset
- Previous experience as a barista or in the foodservice industry preferred
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, latte art techniques is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers in a professional manner
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as per the café's operating hours

Salary:
1200$ per month

Sheduva, Canada/Nepal (preference)
