Android Developer

We are seeking a skilled Android Developer to join our team in Washington. As an Android Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications for the Android platform. You will work closely with our product and design teams to ensure that our apps are user-friendly and meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Work with outside data sources and APIs
- Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as an Android Developer or similar role
- Proficient in Java and Kotlin programming languages
- Experience working with remote data via RESTful APIs
- Familiarity with Firebase or other mobile backend services
- Strong understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
- Excellent debugging skills and experience using debugging tools

Salary: $1300/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Washington

Preference: Indian candidates proficient in English (part-time option available)
