As an Entry-Level Baker, you will work alongside our experienced bakers to learn the skills and techniques needed to create delicious breads, pastries, and other baked goods. No prior experience is required for this role, as we are willing to train and mentor the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with measuring and mixing ingredients
- Prepare doughs and batters according to recipes
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens and mixers
- Monitor baking process and make adjustments when necessary
- Decorate baked goods using various techniques
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Follow food safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Passion for baking and willingness to learn
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs)
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1200$ per month.
