Facade Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Facade Designer to join our team in Lahore. As a Facade Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating the exterior appearance of buildings, including the materials used, colors, and overall aesthetic. This is a full-time position that does not require prior experience in the field, making it an ideal opportunity for students or those looking to start their career in facade design.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop facade designs that meet project requirements
- Research and select appropriate materials and finishes for facades
- Create detailed drawings and plans for facades using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Present design concepts to clients and make revisions based on feedback
- Work closely with construction teams to oversee the installation of facades on buildings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or related field
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: $1500 per month
Location: Lahore, Pakistan
